Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using UPS Ground or USPS Ground, selecting the carrier that provides the best value and service for your destination.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, most deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to process orders promptly, Goode Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review the information and work with you to provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
